Rotterdam, Netherlands (My Sportsbook) - Roy Makaay converted a penalty kick four minutes into stoppage time to help Feyenoord salvage a 1-1 draw against Twente at De Kuip Stadion on Sunday. Feyenoord controlled the early part of the match and was unlucky not to go in front as Andwele Slory's long-range effort came crashing back off the post, but it was Twente that took the lead in the 74th minute through Nicky Kuiper. However, it was a handball from Kuiper inside his own area that handed Makaay a chance to level the match, and he did just that. The result leaves both Feyenoord and Twente one point behind leaders AZ Alkmaar, while PSV Eindhoven also joined the two teams on 11 points after Danny Koevermans scored twice in a 2-0 PSV win over Groningen. Ajax won for the third time in five games to start the year as they scored three times in the second half to beat Heracles, 3-0, while second-half strikes from Kees Kwakman and Matthew Amoah led NAC to a 2-0 win over Heerenveen.
