Madrid, Spain (My Sportsbook) - Wesley Sneijder has dropped a strong hint that he is set to join Inter Milan after claiming he is fit and ready to make his debut in Saturday's Milan derby. The Netherlands international is wanted by the Italian champions but was believed to be reluctant to leave Real Madrid. However, he now appears to have had a change of heart and has targeted a potential debut against AC Milan in Saturday evening's high-profile Serie A encounter. "I don't consider leaving Real to be a defeat because I am coming to one of the biggest clubs in the world, one which has won the championship for the last four years," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "In the last few weeks, (Inter coach) Jose Mourinho sent me a number of text messages to let me know how much he wanted me at Inter. "The derby with Milan? The coach decides, I am ready to play immediately. I'm not lacking fitness." (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
