Aberdeen, Scotland (My Sportsbook) - Aberdeen has signed Italian defender Davide Grassi on a one-year contract following a successful trial spell at Pittodrie. The 23-year-old, who has also played in Spain, started his career in his homeland with Parma. Dons director of football, Willie Miller, told the club's official website: "We're delighted to have Davide on board for the season ahead. "He's a player who has come through the youth ranks at Parma, so he has a good basis from which to develop as a player.
