Tampa, FL (My Sportsbook) - Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Angelo Crowell tore his biceps in Saturday's preseason game against the Jaguars and will miss the rest of the season. "Crowell tore his biceps. He more than likely will be out for the season; he'll be done," Tampa Bay head coach Raheem Morris said. "We've got the decision on what's going to happen with that here a little bit later, but he won't be playing for us this year." Crowell, who signed with the Bucs in the offseason, led the Bills in tackles in 2007 with 140. He added two sacks, an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery that year, but missed the entire 2008 campaign after undergoing knee surgery in September. Originally selected by Buffalo in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft, the 28-year-old Crowell started 41 of 43 games for the Bills from 2005-07, recording at least 90 tackles in each of those seasons. The University of Virginia product has 364 career tackles, seven sacks, five interceptions, three forced fumbles and 19 passes defensed in 65 games over five seasons.
