Greensboro, NC (My Sportsbook) - Sergio Garcia finished off a six-under 64 on Sunday morning and remained tied with Chris Riley for the lead heading into the final round of the Wyndham Championship.
Riley posted a four-under 66 in the third round and joined Garcia at 15-under 195. They held a two-shot lead over Bill Haas, who carded a 66 to move into third place at 13-under 197.
Steve Marino (63), Brandt Snedeker (65), Justin Rose (65), Michael Allen (65) and Kevin Stadler (66) finished three rounds at 12-under 198.
Garcia and Riley were tied atop the leaderboard at 13-under par when play was suspended Saturday night due to darkness.
The tournament has been plagued by weather delays, including two on Saturday. They have been playing catch-up at Sedgefield Country Club since a lengthy delay during Thursday's first round.
Garcia returned to the course Sunday morning and rolled in a nine-foot birdie putt he left on No. 11 the night before, moving to 14-under for a one-shot lead over Riley.
At the 13th, Garcia knocked a 111-yard approach shot within four feet to set up another birdie. He holed a three-footer for birdie at the 15th and had a three-shot lead.
Riley caught up, however, making birdies at the 15th and 16th holes to pull within one. Garcia then bogeyed the 17th hole, knotting the pair at 15-under.
Garcia, ranked No. 7 in the world, is seeking his eighth PGA Tour victory. The 29-year-old Spaniard hasn't won since the 2008 Players Championship.
Riley, 35, claimed his only tour win at the 2002 Reno-Tahoe Open.
