Bristol, TN (My Sportsbook) - Brad Keselowski continued his momentum in the Nationwide Series by winning the pole for Friday's O'Reilly 250 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Keselowski, who won last Saturday's race at his home track of Michigan International Speedway, lapped the half-mile, high banked Bristol track at 120.566 m.p.h. in his No.88 JR Motorsports Chevrolet for his third career Nationwide pole.
"I'm a little nervous because this is my third pole, and it seems like every time I qualify well, I don't race well," Keselowski said. "I started at the back [at Bristol] last year, so hopefully we will reverse the trend."
Keselowski started 37th and won at Bristol one year ago.
Carl Edwards will start alongside Keselowski on the front row after turning a lap at 120.444 m.p.h.
Clint Bowyer qualified third, followed by Matt Kenseth and Trevor Bayne.
Justin Allgaier, Brad Coleman, Steve Wallace, David Ragan and Ryan Newman completed the top-10.
Kevin Harvick, a record five-time race winner at Bristol, will start 11th, while Kyle Busch, the current points leader and winner of Wednesday's Truck Series race here, will roll off 15th.
Dennis Setzer, Kertus Davis, Shelby Howard, Travis Kittleson, Scott Lagasse Jr. and Morgan Shepherd failed to qualify.
The 250-lap race is scheduled to start around 8:00 p.m. (et).
