Santa Clara, CA (My Sportsbook) - The San Francisco 49ers have signed cornerback Eric Green to a one-year contract and placed fullback Zak Keasey on the waived/injured list. Green signed a free agent deal with the Miami Dolphins in March but was released on Wednesday. The 27-year-old spent his first four seasons in the league with Arizona and has 146 career tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and 31 passes defensed in 51 NFl games, 33 of those starts. Keasey was with the 49ers for the past three seasons and appeared in 19 games primarily as a blocking back. |
