Few changes at top of women's rankings

Philadelphia, PA (My Sportsbook) - With the LPGA Tour off for its second straight week, there were few changes to the top of the women's world rankings.

Lorena Ochoa remained No. 1 and was again followed by Yani Tseng and Cristie Kerr. Paula Creamer moved up one spot to fourth, knocking Jiyai Shin to fifth.

Suzann Pettersen and Karrie Webb held steady at sixth and seventh, while In Kyung Kim moved up one place to eighth, knocking Angela Stanford to ninth.

Helen Alfredsson, Ai Miyazato, Eun-Hee Ji, Song-Hee Kim, Catriona Matthew, Lindsey Wright, Na Yeon Choi, Candie Kung, Kristy McPherson, Anna Nordqvist and Katherine Hull rounded out the top 20 in the same positions as last week.
