Madrid, Spain (My Sportsbook) - Cristiano Ronaldo has returned to training with Real Madrid after missing Portugal's midweek friendly against Liechtenstein. The $132 million winger sat out the midweek friendly with a bout of flu, but returned to training with the Spanish club on Thursday. The World and European football of the year took part in a light training session alongside Marcelo, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Sergio Ramos, Christoph Metzelder and Alvaro Negredo, who are all recovering from injury. Ronaldo is expected to return to full training with the first-team squad next week. (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
