Santander, Spain (My Sportsbook) - Racing Santander haS reached agreement with Atletico Madrid to sign Luis Garcia. The 31-year-old former Spain international will join Racing for an undisclosed fee subject to passing a medical at El Sardinero. Garcia rejoined Atletico from Liverpool in 2007 and made 48 La Liga appearances, scoring two goals. The forward started his career at Barcelona and has won 18 international caps.
