Flowery Branch, GA (My Sportsbook) - The Atlanta Falcons and wide receiver Roddy White have agreed to terms on a contract extension, ending the Pro Bowl selection's holdout from training camp. White set a franchise record last season with 1,382 receiving yards en route to his first Pro Bowl appearance. He has had two straight outstanding seasons for Atlanta after posting 1,202 receiving yards in 2007. A first-round pick out of UAB in 2005, White has never missed a game in his four-year career. In 64 career regular season games, the 27-year-old has caught 230 passes for 3,536 yards and 16 touchdowns. |
