Foxborough, MA (My Sportsbook) - Edgaras Jankauskas scored his first MLS goal in the 76th minute, helping the New England Revolution earn a 1-1 draw against 10-man Toronto FC on Saturday at Gillette Stadium.

New England, which won at the Houston Dynamo last week, allowed a goal for the first time since July 4 when Dwayne De Rosario scored in the 34th, but Toronto went down a man early in the second half to aid the comeback.

The Revolution (6-5-6) extended their unbeaten streak to four matches. Toronto (7-7-6) used the draw to hold off New England and maintain fourth place in the Eastern Conference.

TFC was strong early, nearly opening the scoring in the 20th when Pablo Vitti hit the crossbar.

De Rosario didn't waste the next chance in the 34th, converting from 16 yards for his eighth goal of the season.

Chad Barrett started the play with a shot from the top of the box that drilled teammate Ali Gerba in the face and bounced out to De Rosario on the right. De Rosario drilled a shot back toward the far post, easily beating Matt Reis.

De Rosario's goal ended New England's team record shutout stretch, which was set earlier in the half.

Toronto's chances of escaping with a rare road win - it has two wins in nine road games this season - all but ended early in the second half when Barrett picked up his second yellow card and was ejected.

New England started controlling the match after gaining the man advantage, and Jankauskas finally scored with just under 15 minutes remaining.

Jay Heaps, just back from duty with the U.S. national team, and Shalrie Joseph set up the tying goal. Heaps played the ball from the top-left edge of the box to Joseph on the far side.

Joseph headed back across the six-yard box and Jankauskas lunged in at the far post and slipped a shot back toward the right post to beat TFC rookie goalie Stefan Frei.

New England coach Steve Nicol was ejected in the final minutes of regular time but his team didn't respond during five minutes of stoppage time, as the teams settled for a share of the points.

The Revolution welcome David Beckham and the Los Angeles Galaxy to Gillette on Aug. 8. TFC has next week off before hosting D.C. United Aug. 15.
