Edinburgh, Scotland (My Sportsbook) - Midfielder Patrick Cregg has agreed to a deal to follow former Falkirk manager John Hughes to Hibernian. The 23-year-old Irishman had made well over 100 appearances for the Bairns since his arrival from Arsenal, but is a free agent and is relishing the chance to impress on a bigger stage. He told his new club's official website: "I loved working with the gaffer at Falkirk, so to be joining him at a club the size of Hibernian is a great opportunity for me." Hughes himself added: "Patrick loves getting on the ball and has loads of energy, he's just the sort of player I want at the club. "He has his best years in front of him and will thrive on the big stage at Easter Road." (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
