Falkirk, Scotland (My Sportsbook) - Falkirk are expected to name Eddie May as John Hughes' successor as manager next week. The 41-year-old, who is currently the Bairns' youth team coach, is expected to name Steven Pressley as his assistant, with Alex Smith taking over as the director of football. Former Hearts and Celtic defender Pressley announced his retirement from the game last month after making 19 appearances for Falkirk in the second half of last season. He had expressed his interest in the managerial vacancy at the Falkirk Stadium, while Hughes had recommended Jackie McNamara and Neil McCann as candidates to succeed him. (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
