London, England (My Sportsbook) - Formula One racing's governing body, the International Automobile Federation, on Friday published the entry list for the 2010 world championship, with three new names - US F1, Campos Grand Prix and Manor Grand Prix - joining the existing 10 F1 teams.

The three new teams were selected among 15 applicants. David Richards' Prodrive and sports car maker Lola, as well as teams seeking to revive the widely recognized Brabham and Lotus names, were all excluded from the list.

All new teams are expected to run under the FIA's voluntary budget cap and all have three-year engine contracts in place with Cosworth, who will return to F1 for the first time since 2006. Of the existing teams, Toro Rosso and Brawn GP do not have an engine supplier confirmed on the entry list.

Team US F1, a Charlotte, NC-based team, are led by racing veterans Peter Windsor and Ken Anderson. British-born Windsor is a former Williams team manager, while American engineer Anderson is an ex-F1 technical director.

Windsor said they are now pushing ahead with their driver selection process, having already evaluated a number of potential candidates.

"We have got a short list of drivers," Windsor told BBC radio. "We already have had the first of our week of evaluation of young Americans, and there are some very good American drivers out there. We will be making a decision about that soon."

Campos Grand Prix is headed by former F1 driver Adrian Campos, whose Spanish Campos Racing team currently compete in Formula 3. The team will be headquartered in Madrid, with a technical center based in Valencia.

British team Manor Grand Prix was a surprise name on the FIA list. Manor was founded in 1990 by former single-seater champion John Booth and over the years has fielded drivers such as Kimi Raikkonen and Lewis Hamilton in the likes of Formula Renault and Formula 3.

Entries submitted by five current teams - BMW-Sauber, Brawn GP, McLaren, Renault and Toyota - have submitted conditional entries. They were listed by the FIA provisionally for next year.

"The FIA has invited them to lift those conditions following further discussions to be concluded not later than close of business on Friday, June 19," The FIA said in a statement.

Ferrari and Red Bull Racing also bestowed unconditional entries on the May 29 deadline, but the FIA has listed them currently as confirmed for next year.

"Ferrari submitted on 29 May 2009 an entry to the 2010 FIA Formula One World Championship which is subject to certain conditions." Ferrari said in a statement. "As of today, these conditions have not been met. Notwithstanding this and despite Ferrari's previous written notice to the FIA not to do so, the FIA has included Ferrari as a unconditional participant in next year's Formula One World Championship.

"For the avoidance of any doubt, Ferrari reaffirms that it shall not take part in the 2010 FIA Formula One World Championship under the regulations adopted by the FIA in violation of Ferrari's rights under a written agreement with the FIA."

The maximum number of cars permitted to enter the 2010 Championship has been increased to 26, two being entered by each competitor.
