Chicago, IL (My Sportsbook) - Midfielder Maurice Edu will miss the United States men's national team's World Cup Qualifier with Costa Rica on Wednesday because of a knee injury suffered in Rangers' Scottish Premier League match. Edu's status for the remaining matches this summer will be determined based on the results of his examination in Glasgow, Scotland. No decision has been made on whether there will be a replacement added to the roster. The U.S. plays at Costa Rica at 10 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday. |
