Los Angeles, CA (My Sportsbook) - Manny Ramirez and Andre Ethier each hit two home runs, as the Los Angeles Dodgers topped Colorado, 9-5, in the second of three games with the Rockies.

Both of Ramirez's homers were solo shots while Ethier had a three-run blast and solo one to help the Dodgers win their seventh consecutive game. Chad Billingsley (3-0) gave up three runs on four hits and three walks in six innings, and struck out six in picking up the win.

"I didn't have my great stuff today," Billingsley said. "But I was able to battle through it. Manny and Andre swung the bats well. We have a dangerous lineup and we're deep on the bench."

Matt Kemp went 1-for-3 with an RBI, and has now hit safely in all 12 Dodgers games so far this season.

Colorado starter Aaron Cook (0-1) was pulled after allowing five runs on eight hits and two walks in four innings. Brad Hawpe tripled and drove in two runs, while Ian Stewart homered and drove in a pair for the Rockies, who have lost five of six.

Ramirez's two-out blast in the first got the Dodgers on the scoreboard, and he added another homer in the third to make it a 2-0 game. They were his first two homers of the season.

"I'm happy to get that out of the way," Ramirez said. "I knew I would come around. We have to keep the winning streak going."

Los Angeles extended its lead in the fourth. Brad Ausmus hit a leadoff single and Orlando Hudson walked with two away. Ethier then blasted a ball over the right field wall to give the Dodgers a 5-0 advantage.

Colorado rallied for three runs in the sixth. Hawpe tripled home Seth Smith and Todd Helton, who had reached on a walk and single, respectively. Stewart's sacrifice fly in the next at-bat then plated Hawpe to make it a 5-3 contest.

But LA added four runs in the bottom of the seventh to widen its lead once more. Ethier smacked a leadoff homer to right-center field, and Kemp had an RBI single with two on. Ausmus later walked with one out to load the bases, leading to a sacrifice fly from Juan Castro and an RBI single from pitcher Will Ohman to give the Dodgers a 9-3 lead.

Stewart hit a solo homer in the eighth and Helton drove home a run with a sacrifice fly in the ninth, but Ronald Belisario struck out Garrett Atkins to end the game.

Game Notes

Ethier recorded his third career multi-homer game, and second this season...Ramirez had his 54th career multi-homer game, tying him with Frank Robinson for ninth all-time. Ramirez's two RBI also moved him into a tie with Honus Wagner for 19th all-time with 1,732.
