Atlanta, GA (My Sportsbook) - Atlanta Braves veteran left-hander Tom Glavine suffered a setback during his most recent rehab start, the club announced on Sunday. The 43-year-old started for the Double-A Mississippi Braves, allowing three hits and one run with a walk over two innings. However, during his lone at-bat of the contest, he experienced discomfort in his left shoulder. Glavine is scheduled to return to Atlanta and will be evaluated sometime this upcoming week. Glavine underwent successful season-ending elbow and shoulder surgery in the off-season. The two-time Cy Young Award winner was expected to regain form after four-to-five months of rehab, after determining he was healthy enough to return for a 23rd major-league campaign. The Boston-area native was 2-4 with a 5.54 earned run average over 13 starts in 2008, giving him a career mark of 305-203 -- including 56 complete games -- with a 3.54 ERA during two stints with Atlanta and a five-year tenure with the New York Mets.
