New York, NY (My Sportsbook) - Detroit Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace has been suspended for one game without pay by the NBA for exceeding the league's technical-foul rule. Wallace picked up his 16th technical foul in the third quarter of Detroit's 79-73 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday, his first game since March 9th. Wallace, who has been nursing a calf injury, will serve the suspension Wednesday when the Pistons play the New Jersey Nets. The 14-year veteran is averaging 12.3 points and 7.6 rebounds in 59 games this season. |
