Goodyear, AZ (My Sportsbook) - The Cleveland Indians placed outfielder David Dellucci on the 15-day disabled list Monday due to a strained left calf and replaced him on the roster by recalling outfielder Trevor Crowe from the minors. Dellucci was placed on the DL retroactively to March 29, one day after he was scratched from the lineup in a spring training game versus Arizona. He hit .240 in eight games this spring with two homers and five runs batted in. The 35-year-old, who is making his sixth career trip to the DL, hit .238 in 113 games last season with the Indians and is eligible to come off the DL on April 13. Crowe returns after being optioned to Triple-A Columbus on Saturday. He has yet to play in a game at the big-league level.
