Philadelphia, PA (My Sportsbook) - Pat Hurst's victory on the 18th hole Sunday in Mexico got her back into the winner's circle for the first time since 2006 and moved her into the top 50 in this week's world rankings. Hurst, who birdied the last for a one-shot victory, vaulted up 42 places to No. 44 this week. The two women Hurst beat on Sunday stayed in their places from last week. Lorena Ochoa and Yani Tseng each fell by a stroke to Hurst and are ranked one and two again this week. Paula Creamer, Jiyai Shin and Suzann Pettersen rounded out the top five. Angela Stanford stayed in sixth, while Cristie Kerr and Helen Alfredsson switched places from last week with the American going to seventh and Alfredsson to eighth. Karrie Webb and Seon-Hwa Lee held on to ninth and 10th, respectively. Katherine Hull moved up one to 11th and Eun-Hee Ji climbed three to 12th. Yuri Fudoh dropped two to 13 and Jeong Jang and Maria Hjorth each fell one to 14th and 15th. Angela Park and Hee-Won Han flipped rankings this week. Jee Young Lee kept the 18th spot, while Na Yeon Choi rose two to 19th. Momoko Ueda dipped one to complete the top 20.
