Winnipeg, MB (My Sportsbook) - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers released quarterback Kevin Glenn on Monday. Glenn led the CFL with 5,114 passing yards, pass completions (388) and pass attempts (621) in 2007 and signed an extension with the club that offseason. He led the Bombers to a pair of playoff wins before falling to Saskatchewan in the 2007 Grey Cup final. His play slipped a bit last season, setting a career-high in interceptions with 20 while throwing for 3,637 yards and 20 touchdowns in completing his eighth CFL season. The Illinois State product began his career with the Roughriders (2001-03), moved on to the Argonauts, and came to Winnipeg in 2005. Glenn has thrown for 20,304 yards and tossed 109 touchdowns with 87 picks and 64.5 completion percentage for his career.
