(My Sportsbook) - The Detroit Pistons will shoot for their fifth straight win this evening when they take on the Atlanta Hawks at Philips Arena. Detroit has won four in a row since a season-high eight-game losing streak and just handed Golden State a 108-91 pounding on Friday at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Richard Hamilton poured in 22 points, while Tayshaun Prince and Jason Maxiell scored 16 points apiece in the win. Rodney Stuckey had 14 points and eight assists, and Will Bynum recorded 13 points for the Pistons, who are sixth in the Eastern Conference. Detroit will try to improve on its 15-14 away mark Saturday. The Hawks will open a seven-game homestand tonight versus the Pistons, Hornets, Jazz, Pacers, Blazers, Kings and Mavericks, and are a solid 20-7 as the host in 2008-09. Atlanta, though, has dropped two straight and three of four games, including Friday's 98-91 setback at Charlotte in the finale of a three-game road trip. Al Horford scored 15 points and pulled down seven rebounds for the fourth- seeded Hawks, who got 14 points and six assists from Mike Bibby. Josh Smith and Marvin Williams each scored 13 points in defeat. Smith left the game for disciplinary reasons and should be in the lineup tonight. Atlanta is 2-0 against Detroit this season, but the Pistons have won 30 of the past 39 matchups. The Hawks have lost 12 of the previous 17 games as the host in this series.
