Toronto, ON (My Sportsbook) - The Toronto Raptors have signed center Pops Mensah-Bonsu for the remainder of the season, the team announced Friday. Mensah-Bonsu, 25, was released Wednesday from his 10-day contract with the San Antonio Spurs. In three games with the Spurs this season, he averaged 5.0 points and 3.3 rebounds in 6.7 minutes. Mensah-Bonsu also played in eight contests for the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League. Mensah-Bonsu, a London native and George Washington University product, also appeared in 12 games with the Dallas Mavericks in 2006-07, averaging 2.4 points and 1.8 boards.
