Denver, CO (My Sportsbook) - The Denver Broncos continued their off-season spending spree by reportedly adding free agent quarterback Chris Simms to their roster. The Denver Post reports the 28-year-old Simms has joined the team, presumably as Jay Cutler's backup. It's reportedly a two-year deal. Simms signed with the Tennessee Titans on September 9, 2008 after starter Vince Young was sidelined with a sprained MCL. Simms played in one game for the Titans and threw two passes. Before his time with Tennessee, Simms played three seasons with Tampa Bay and started 10 games in 2005.
