Calgary, AB (My Sportsbook) - Calgary Flames forward Todd Bertuzzi underwent arthroscopic surgery on his knee earlier this week, the club announced on Wednesday. The procedure, which was intended to repair damaged cartilage, will keep the 34-year-old out of the lineup for about a month. On a one-year deal with Calgary after the club picked him up off waivers from Anaheim, Bertuzzi has tallied 15 times with 43 points in 57 games for the Northwest Division leaders. Flames general manager Darryl Sutter updated the status of several other injured players as well. Forward Rene Bourque (high ankle sprain) is expected to miss at least another four weeks while forward Mark Giordano (shoulder surgery) may be on the shelf until May. Forward Daymond Langkow, who has not joined the team on their seven-game road trip, is listed as day-to-day with a hand ailment.
