(My Sportsbook) - The Philadelphia 76ers open up a quick two-game homestand Saturday by welcoming the class of the Southeast Division, the Orlando Magic, to the Wachovia Center.

The Sixers will be shooting for their second win in as many nights. On Friday, Andre Miller scored 25 points and doled out six assists to help Philadelphia sweep the season series from New York for the first time since the 1985-86 season with a 108-103 victory over the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Thaddeus Young added 23 points for the 76ers, who won their second straight game to split a four-game road trip. Andre Iguodala ended with 15 points while Samuel Dalembert chipped in 10 points and 14 rebounds.

Philly, which is 17-12 at home on the year, is hoping to avoid a season sweep at the hands of the Magic, who have won three straight and seven of its last eight meetings with the Sixers, including two wins this season.

The Sixers will finish their quick residency by hosting New Orleans on March 2.

The Magic, meanwhile, suffered a bad loss on their home floor on Friday when Richard Hamilton scored 19 of his 31 points in the second half, including nine in a pivotal third quarter, and the Detroit Pistons snapped a season-high eight-game skid with a 93-85 triumph over Orlando.

Dwight Howard recorded his 47th double-double of the season with 21 points and 13 rebounds while Rafer Alston chipped in 14 points with six assists and three steals for the Magic, who had won three of their last four coming in.

Orlando acquired Alston from Houston on February 19 to replace All-Star Jameer Nelson, who underwent surgery on a torn labrum and will miss the rest of the season. Nelson is a Chester, Penn. native who played his college ball in Philadelphia at St. Joseph's.

Orlando is 20-9 as the visitor on the year.
