Flowery Branch, GA (My Sportsbook) - The Atlanta Falcons parted ways with veteran safety Lawyer Milloy by announcing they would not renew his contract. In three seasons in a Falcons uniform, Milloy totaled 342 tackles, two sacks, three interceptions and 15 passes defensed. A four-time Pro Bowl selection, Milloy has a Super Bowl championship with New England in 2001. Before coming to Atlanta, he spent three years with the Buffalo Bills (2003-2005) and was a member of the Patriots from 1996-2002. "As an organization, we felt it was in the best interest of both parties to let Lawyer test the free agent market," said Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff. "He significantly contributed in his three seasons with the Falcons and we were proud to have him here. We wish him the best as he takes the next step in his career."
