(My Sportsbook) - The Indiana Pacers will try to match a season high with their third consecutive win tonight when they take on the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Indiana has won two in a row and is aiming for three straight victories for the first time since November 8 - 12 this season. In a 98-91 home victory versus the Chicago Bulls on Sunday, Troy Murphy recorded 27 points and 14 rebounds in the Pacers' third win in four games. T.J. Ford chipped in 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists, while Jarrett Jack and Marquis Daniels both had 16 points in the win.

The Pacers are still without leading scorer Danny Granger, who is sidelined with a foot injury. The All-Star is averaging 25.0 points per game.

Indiana, which ended a 10-game road losing streak with a win at Minnesota on Friday, owns a lowly 7-23 mark as the visitor this season.

New York will open a three-game homestand Monday versus the Pacers, Magic and 76ers, and sports a 16-12 record at MSG this season. It had a two-game winning streak stopped on Sunday in Toronto, as four Raptors registered double-doubles in a 111-100 win at Air Canada Centre.

Al Harrington led all scorers with 31 points for New York, which has lost seven of nine contests overall. David Lee notched his 19th straight double- double with 17 points and 15 rebounds and dunk champion Nate Robinson ended with 18 points and eight assists in defeat.

New York has given up 119.3 points per game in its seven setbacks this month.

The 2008-09 season series between Indiana and New York is tied at a game apiece, while the Pacers have won eight of the last 10 matchups. New York has dropped four in a row as the host in this series.
