(My Sportsbook) - The Northwest Division-leading Denver Nuggets will close out an eight-game road trip this evening versus the Milwaukee Bucks at the Bradley Center.

Denver is 5-2 so far on the trek and 17-12 away from the Pepsi Center this season, but had a three-game winning streak come to an end with Friday's 116-99 loss against the Chicago Bulls at the United Center. Chauncey Billups had 25 points and six assists for the Nuggets, who are now just 2 1/2 games ahead of Portland in the division standings,

Nene scored 19 points, Linas Kleiza added 16 and Carmelo Anthony ended with 12 in a losing effort. After Sunday's game the Nuggets will open a three-game homestand versus the Celtics, Hawks and Lakers. Anthony (knee) and Kenyon Martin (back) are questionable against the Bucks.

Milwaukee will try to end a three-game homestand on a positive note tonight after dropping the first two tests of the residency. It suffered a 111-103 setback versus Cleveland on Friday, as Cavs superstar LeBron James recorded a season-high 55 points on 16-of-29 shooting to lead the way.

Charlie Villanueva had 26 points, 13 rebounds and six assists to pace the Bucks, but was ejected in the fourth quarter after shoving Cleveland's Anderson Varejao to the floor and putting a hand around the neck of Zydrunas Ilgauskas. Richard Jefferson added 17 points for Milwaukee, which is 16-11 at home in 2008-09.

Bucks starting point guard Luke Ridnour, who missed five games with a fractured right thumb, had seven points and six assists.

Denver beat Milwaukee, 114-105, on November 18 this season at the Pepsi Center and has won four of five and 10 of the past 12 matchups. These two teams have split the previous eight encounters at the Bradley Center.
