(My Sportsbook) - The New Orleans Hornets will close out a four-game homestand Sunday night versus the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Big Easy. New Orleans is 1-2 on the residency and ended a four-game losing streak with Friday's 101-92 victory over the Toronto Raptors. Peja Stojakovic made 7-of-11 three-point attempts and finished with a season-high 28 points, leading the Hornets to a 17-8 home record this season. Rasual Butler and James Posey each had 17 points for the Hornets, who got 17 points, 10 boards and six assists from center David West. New Orleans All-Star guard Chris Paul has missed the past two games with a strained right groin muscle and is doubtful for Sunday. The Timberwolves will close out a quick two-game road trip tonight and has lost two straight overall and five of their last six games. In Saturday's 107-90 loss to the Houston Rockets in the opener of the trek, Al Jefferson recorded 36 points and 22 rebounds in a wasted effort. Randy Foye chipped in 10 points for the T-Wolves, who are 9-16 as the visitor this season. Minnesota beat New Orleans, 116-108, on January 23 this season at the Target Center to snap a two-game losing streak in the series. The Wolves have lost two of three games at the Hornets.
