Iowa City, IA (My Sportsbook) - University of Iowa freshman guard Anthony Tucker has been ruled academically ineligible for the remainder of the season. The 6-4 Tucker, the team's second-leading scorer at 10.4 points per game, was suspended earlier this season because of an alcohol-related incident. He started in eight of his 14 appearances and also was averaging three rebounds a contest. The 19-year-old Tucker was standout in high school at Minnetonka, Minnesota. |
