Pittsburgh, PA (My Sportsbook) - Baltimore Ravens running back Willis McGahee was put on a stretcher and carted off the field after a violent collision with Pittsburgh safety Ryan Clark with 3:29 remaining in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 23-14 AFC Championship Game loss to the Steelers. McGahee caught a short pass over the middle and Clark came up to make a helmet-to-helmet hit. McGahee fumbled the ball away and Clark finally got to his feet and went to the Pittsburgh bench, but McGahee remained on the ground until medical personnel immobilized his head, assisted him to a stretcher before he was taken off the field. McGahee had 20 carries for 60 yards and a pair of touchdowns before leaving the game. He's expected to remain hospitalized overnight for observation.
