Waco, TX (My Sportsbook) - Curtis Jerrells led all scorers with 31 points and dished out 10 assists, as 21st-ranked Baylor edged Oklahoma State, 98-92, in overtime in a Big 12 thriller at the Ferrell Center.

Quincy Acy had a solid game with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Kevin Rogers chipped in 14 points and nine boards for Baylor (14-3, 2-1 Big 12), which rebounded from an 84-73 setback at Texas A&M on Wednesday night.

LaceDarius Dunn contributed 13 points and Henry Dugat added 12 in the win.

Obi Muonelo scored a team-high 21 points and had nine boards for Oklahoma State (12-4, 1-1), which had a seven-game winning streak halted. James Anderson registered 20 points and Byron Eaton had 17 points, seven assists and six rebounds before fouling out for the Cowboys.

With Baylor ahead 81-77 following a free throw by Dugat with 29 seconds left in the second half, a jumper by Keiton Page got OSU within two with 22 ticks left. The Cowboys then went ahead 82-81 after Page nailed a three with 12 seconds remaining.

On the Bears next trip down the court, Anderson fouled Jerrells with 2.5 seconds left and made one-of-two from the line to tie things at 82-82. Page's desperation heave at the buzzer was off the mark and the game went into overtime.

In the extra period, Tweety Carter got the Bears off to a good start by hitting a shot from beyond the arc, spurring an 11-2 run that gave Baylor a 93-84 edge with 1:58 left in overtime.

Oklahoma State was able to get to within four at 96-92 with 29 seconds left after Muonelo hit a three, but Jerrells made a pair from the charity stripe to secure the win.

A 9-0 run by Oklahoma State led by Eaton's two three-pointers got the Cowboys off to a 16-7 start in the early going, then stretched it to 33-19 after a three-ball by Muonelo with 7:19 left in the opening half.

However, Baylor would close the stanza outscoring OSU 15-8 and trailed by a 41-34 margin at the break.

Baylor came out strong to begin the second half, going on a 20-8 run to grab a 54-49 lead with 13:31 remaining. However, OSU battled back and led 69-67 with 6 1/2 minutes left after Page knocked down a trey.

Game Notes

Despite the loss, Oklahoma State still owns a 47-15 series lead over Baylor...Page finished with 11 points...Carter also had 11 points for the Bears.
