Pittsburgh, PA (My Sportsbook) - Pittsburgh safety Troy Polamalu returned to Steelers practice on Thursday in preparation for Sunday's AFC Championship matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Polamalu has been nursing a calf injury but his full participation in Thursday's session is a good sign for Steelers fans. He started all 16 games this season for the Steelers, recording 73 tackles and career-highs with seven interceptions and 17 passes defensed, which earned him a starting spot in the 2009 Pro Bowl. Pittsburgh center Justin Hartwig, who started all 16 regular season games, also returned to practice, but in a limited capacity, as he is suffering from a knee injury.
