Ray, who celebrated his 27th birthday yesterday, missed the entire 2008 season after having ligament reconstruction surgery on his right elbow on August 16, 2007. A third round pick in 2003 by Baltimore, Ray is 10-13 with 49 saves and a 3.20 earned run average in 145 career relief appearances with the Orioles. |
