(My Sportsbook) - The Chicago Bulls will resume a five-game homestand Friday night when the Washington Wizards pay a visit to the United Center. The Bulls ended a three-game losing streak with a 99-94 victory over Sacramento on Tuesday. Ben Gordon scored a team-high 24 points and Drew Gooden added 18 points and 10 rebounds off the bench in the win. Rookie Derrick Rose finished with 16 points, eight assists and three rebounds, while Tyrus Thomas added 14 points, six boards and three steals for the Bulls, who are 11-5 in the Windy City this season. Larry Hughes netted 10 points off the bench in a winning effort. Chicago is 1-1 on the residency and will also welcome Oklahoma City and Portland to the United Center. Meanwhile, the Wizards will try to end a three-game road losing streak Friday against the Bulls. They have dropped two in a row overall and four of the last five games, including Wednesday's 99-93 defeat at the hands of the Toronto Raptors at the Verizon Center. Antawn Jamison scored 14 of his game-high 32 points in the fourth quarter, as the Wizards fell to an Eastern Conference-worst 7-27. Caron Butler added 15 points in defeat. Washington is 2-14 as the guest this season. The Bulls defeated the Wizards, 117-110, on December 6 at the United Center and has won four of the last six meetings. Washington has dropped seven of nine as the visitor in this series.
