Ottawa, ON (My Sportsbook) - The Ottawa Senators recalled defenseman Matt Carkner from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators. Carkner, 28, has scored one goal and added 10 assists while recording 70 penalty minutes in 24 games this season with Binghamton. He has played in one career NHL game, recording an assist and two penalty minutes for the San Jose Sharks in a 4-3 home loss to the Calgary Flames on Feb. 6, 2006. |
