(My Sportsbook) - The New York Knicks put their season-high losing streak behind them and will open a short two-game homestand tonight when the Indiana Pacers pay a visit to Madison Square Garden. New York had lost six in a row before handing the Charlotte Bobcats a 93-89 setback on the road Tuesday night. Chris Duhon scored 15 points -- including two big foul shots down the stretch -- and handed out eight assists to lead the charge. Wilson Chandler chipped in 19 points and seven rebounds for New York, which won its first game since a 114-90 victory over Sacramento on December 13. Al Harrington had 16 points in the win and Quentin Richardson added 11. The Knicks will also host the Boston Celtics at MSG and own a 7-7 record in the Big Apple this season. They have lost three in a row at home. Meanwhile, Indiana has dropped four in a row and suffered a 110-104 setback to the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday at Conseco Fieldhouse. Danny Granger had 25 points, seven boards and five assists for the Pacers, who will try to improve their 4-12 road record Friday night. Jarrett Jack netted 22 points for Indiana, which got 10 points and 14 boards from Troy Murphy. The Pacers went 4-0 against the Knicks a year ago and have won 11 of the previous 16 meetings. Indiana has won three straight and five of its last six at New York.
