Alfred Aboya had 12 points and six rebounds while Jrue Holiday finished the game with 12 points, 10 rebounds and five assists for the Bruins (10-2), who have won six straight. Magnum Rolle had a game-high 17 points and added eight rebounds, and Kyle Gibson added 11 points and five assists for the Bulldogs (6-7), who have dropped three of their last four. Holding a six-point lead early in the first half, Jerime Anderson sparked an 8-0 Bruins run with a three-pointer and then capped the run with another three-pointer for a 22-8 lead with under 10 minutes to play. UCLA later scored 11 straight points, with Shipp getting six of them, and held a 33-12 lead after Shipp drained a pair from the line with a little over three minutes to play in the first half. The team took a 37-17 lead into the locker room. The Bruins started the second half with a 15-5 run and held a 30-point lead, 52-22, on a layup from Michael Roll a little over six minutes in. Louisiana Tech never threatened for the remainder of the game.
