(My Sportsbook) - The Atlanta Hawks resume a season-long eight-game homestand Saturday when they welcome the Chicago Bulls to Philips Arena. The Hawks improved to 5-1 on the residency Tuesday when Joe Johnson recorded his second career triple-double with 20 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, leading Atlanta to a 99-88 victory over the hapless Oklahoma City Thunder. Marvin Williams added 21 points and seven rebounds for the Hawks, who have won three straight games. Josh Smith had 19 points, while Mike Bibby posted 14 points, seven rebounds and six assists in the victory. Atlanta, which is a gaudy 12-2 as the host this season, will finish the homestand against the Denver Nuggets on December 29. Chicago will continue a four-game road trip tonight and fell to 0-2 on the trek after Friday's 90-77 setback at Miami, as Ben Gordon scored 15 points and Aaron Gray set season-highs with 12 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulls, who have dropped six straight on the road. Luol Deng had eight points and nine rebounds before leaving in the third quarter after rolling his left ankle coming down after a rebound. Deng is expected to miss tonight's contest. The Bulls, who will also visit New Jersey on the current road swing, are just 3-13 away from the United Center this season. The Hawks have won two straight and three of their last four games against the Bulls, including a 113-108 win in the Windy City on November 11.
