Memphis, TN (My Sportsbook) - O.J. Mayo had 18 points -- including two huge free throws late in the game -- grabbed eight rebounds and doled out seven assists to lead the
Memphis Grizzlies in a 108-105 victory over the
Indiana Pacers.
Hakim Warrick tallied 21 points off the bench for Memphis, which snapped a four-game slide. Darko Milicic and Marc Gasol had 14 points apiece in the win.
Marquis Daniels had 28 points and Danny Granger 26 for the Pacers, who have dropped three of four overall. Roy Hibbert chipped in 15 points on 7-of-7 shooting from the floor.
Granger left the game in the fourth quarter with an apparent concussion and did not return after colliding with teammate Jarrett Jack.
Down by five with just over two minutes left, Daniels hit a jumper and Jack added a layup to bring it to 106-105 with 1:12 left in the game.
Mayo then missed a shot on Memphis' next possession, but Mike Conley stole the ball from Jack and hit Mayo with a pass and was fouled before hitting both shots from the stripe for a 108-105 lead.
The Pacers had just over a second to try and tie the game, but Travis Diener's three-pointer did not go down.
The Pacers led 36-23 after the first quarter and held a 68-59 advantage at the intermission.
Down by eight midway through the third quarter, Kyle Lowry's free throw sparked a 9-0 run that gave the Grizzlies a 77-76 lead. Lowry also closed it out with a pair from the line with 4:54 showing on the clock.
The teams traded baskets and the Pacers were up 87-86 heading into the final 12 minutes.
The lead seesawed until Daniels' jumper gave Indiana a 101-99 lead with four minutes left in the game.
Gasol's jumper started a quick 7-0 Memphis run that gave the Grizzlies a 106-101 lead with about 2 1/2 minutes left. Warrick added a three-point play and Gasol closed it out with another jumper.

Memphis was 2-for-13 from behind the arc, Indiana was 6-of-22 from three-point range...Memphis is 8-8 as the host this season. The Pacers dropped to 4-12 on the road...Indiana and Memphis split a pair of meetings a year ago and the Pacers had won eight of 11 and 20 of the 25 meetings...Milicic left the game with a broken knuckle.
