Englewood, CO (My Sportsbook) - The Denver Broncos signed free agent tight end Jeb Putzier on Wednesday. Putzier started his NFL career with the Broncos in 2002 and played four seasons in Denver before joining the Houston Texans for two seasons. He was most recently released by the Seattle Seahawks on November 26 after seeing time in just six games this season without recording a catch. The 29-year-old was a fixture at the tight end position for Denver in 2004 and 2005, competing in all 16 games during each of those campaigns and logging 73 of his 96 career receptions over those two seasons. In 67 career games over seven seasons, Putzier has accumulated 1,251 yards and three scores. In other roster moves, Denver signed running back Steve Baylark to its practice squad and waived safety Herana-Daze Jones.
