Kansas City won for only the second time in its last 20 games and last Sunday dropped a wild 54-31 decision at home to the Buffalo Bills. JaMarcus Russell was a woeful 10-of-28 passing for 132 yards for the Raiders (3-9), who were unable to build off a shocking 31-10 road victory over the Denver Broncos last Sunday.
