(My Sportsbook) - The
Indiana Pacers aim for their second consecutive win Friday when they welcome the Charlotte Bobcats to Conseco Fieldhouse.
The Pacers snapped a three-game skid on Wednesday when Danny Granger's tip-in with 13.7 seconds left proved to be the difference, as Indiana defeated a talented Rockets team, 91-90, in Houston.
Troy Murphy had a game-high 21 points and 14 rebounds -- including 14 points in the fourth quarter -- for the Pacers, who came into the game having lost four of their past five.
Murphy shot 7-of-11 from the field -- including 4-of-6 from long distance -- and Granger had 16 points in the win. Brandon Rush added 11 points, and Jarrett Jack and T.J. Ford each had 10 points for Indiana.
Meanwhile, the Bobcats lost for the fifth time in six games Wednesday when Toronto's Chris Bosh scored 39 points and pulled down 11 rebounds, as the Raptors defeated Charlotte, 93-86, at Air Canada Centre.
Bosh was 15-for-20 from the field and 9-for-10 from the free throw line for Toronto in the game.
Gerald Wallace scored a team-high 23 points to go along with eight rebounds for the Bobcats.
Jared Dudley tied a season-high with 13 points, while Emeka Okafor had 16 points and 14 rebounds as Charlotte fell to 0-4 on the road this season. Rookie D.J. Augustin contributed 13 points for Charlotte.
The Bobcats could get a lift tonight. Talented swingman Jason Richardson, who has missed the last seven games after right knee surgery, is expected to return.
The Bobcats took three of four games from Indiana last season.
