Oxford, MS (My Sportsbook) - Mississippi coach David Cutcliffe announced that tailback Robert Williams and wide receiver Trey Fryfogle have been removed from the team for violating unspecified team rules The 5-foot-10, 192-pound Williams leads the Rebels with 307 rushing yards and four touchdowns. The senior missed five games with ankle and shoulder injuries. In 34 career games at Ole Miss, Williams averaged 5.2 yards per carry. Fryfogle, a reserve, played in 10 games this season as a backup. The sophomore caught 13 passes for 141 yards and one touchdown for the Rebels. |
