Montreal, QC (My Sportsbook) - Montreal Canadiens defenseman Mike Komisarek will miss at least a month with what the team is calling an upper-body injury. The 6-foot-4, 243-pound Komisarek, the seventh overall selection by the Canadiens in the 2001 NHL Draft, originally suffered the injury during a fight against Boston's Milan Lucic on November 13. Montreal head coach Guy Carbonneau indicated that the team hopes to have the sixth-year blueliner back before December 25. The club was waiting for swelling to subside before the extent of the injury was revealed. The West Islip, New York native is a plus-three with one goal through 14 games this season.
