Heerenveen, Netherlands (My Sportsbook) - Danijel Pranjic scored two times in a first half with five combined goals and Heerenveen held on for a 3-2 win over Utrecht despite playing a man down for the final 40 minutes on Saturday. Pranjic scored his first goal in the seventh minute - leveling the game for the first time - and added his second goal just before halftime to give Heerenveen the lead for good. Heerenveen moved into fifth place in the Dutch Eredivisie and Utrecht is 10th. Ali Boussabou handed Utrecht the lead in the sixth minute when he opened the scoring at Abe Lenstra Stadion, but Pranjic answered a minute later. Roy Beerens scored in the 41st minute to give Heerenveen its first lead, but it was Utrecht that answered in the 45th on a goal from Tim Corneliss. Pranjic again produced a quick response, scoring before the halftime whistle to send his side to its fifth win of the season. Goran Popov was sent off in the 50th but Heerenveen, which has allowed 22 goals this season, was able to hold on. Also Saturday, Frank Demouge scored in the 90th minute as Willem II edged Den Haag, Willem Janssen scored twice in Roda's 3-0 win over NEC and Sparta rolled to a 4-0 win over Volendam. On Sunday, Ajax hosts PSV Eindhoven, Twente hosts Feyenoord, Vitesse hosts AZ and Groningen hosts Graafschap.
