Toronto, ON (My Sportsbook) - BC teammates Aaron Hunt and Paris Jackson, Montreal's Jamel Richardson and Saskatchewan's Luca Congi were named CFL Players of the Month for October. Richardson caught 38 balls for 423 yards and eight touchdowns in five games for the Alouettes. He finished the regular season with 98 catches for 1,287 yards and a league-high 16 touchdowns. Lions defensive tackle Hunt collected nine tackles and three sacks during the month. Hunt finished the season with a career-best 11 sacks to go along with 38 tackles. Congi made 8-of-11 field-goal attempts for the Roughriders. He knocked in two game-winning field goals in October, and ended the season by making a a league-best 86.4 percent of his field goal tries which included two makes of 50 yards or more. B.C.'s Jackson grabbed the top Canadian player of the month. He had 24 receptions for 376 yards and three touchdowns in five contests. This is the second time Jackson has received this honor this season.
