=== Milwaukee Brewers Team Report - May 19 === (My Sportsbook) - Victor Santos has pitched well since moving into Milwaukee's starting rotation, but he just has one win to show for his efforts. The righthander tries to continue his impressive run this evening as the Brewers play the middle contest of a three-game series against the Montreal Expos in San Juan. Since moving into the Brewers rotation on May 4, Santos has posted a 1.59 ERA in three starts with his lone win coming May 4 at Cincinnati. He gave up five hits in seven scoreless frames versus the Braves last Friday. This will be his second career appearance against the Expos and his first start. The Brewers lost 3-2 last night. Doug Davis (3-3) suffered the loss after surrendering three runs on seven hits in six innings. He walked none and fanned three. Keith Ginter and Geoff Jenkins each had three hits for the Brewers, who have dropped three of their last four contests. Brewers first baseman Lyle Overbay went 1-for-3 and extended his hitting streak to a career-best 18 games. He's hitting .471 (32-for-68) in that stretch with 14 doubles, three homers and 24 RBI. Scott Podsednik has stolen 21 straight bases dating back to last season, a Brewers record. Jenkins is in the midst of a 171-game errorless streak.
